This retreat is designed to teach Shiatsu massage techniques level 1. It comprehends Chinese Medicine theory and all the learning material is provided: there is a handout/book written by the trainer Glauco Donati.

Students will embark in a deep insight of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and all the relative practice to perform a professional treatment. A syllabus is delivered online on demand.

Each daily lesson will start with a Yoga class and HoM (Harmony of Movement) to warm up and to become familiar with our own’s body movements, since the practice will be performed on a futon on the floor (oriental massage style).

There will be 6 hours lesson per day divided by lunch time. It is possible for the student to use the Yoga shala in the evening if they want to perform on each other the everyday learning.
